1) Who can use MVPVault.com?
Players, parents, fans, coaches and scouts are all welcome to join MVPVault.com
2) How much does it cost to sign up?
Absolutely nothing! Anyone can sign up for free to be a member of this fast growing sports social network.
3) Why are there only three sports right now?
At MVPVault.com we decided to launch with three sports, however we plan to in the future support all of the major and minor sports such as football, basketball, baseball, golf, tennis, wrestling and much more!
4) I forgot my password, how do I make a new one?
You can request a new password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link located near the sign in area on the Home Page. You will need to verify your email address and then follow the steps to change your password.
5) How do I change my name, hockey information and stats?
On your profile click the “Edit Profile” link. From there you will have full access to change anything that you want to on your profile.
6) How do I upload a picture?
On your profile click the “Edit Profile” link. From there click the “Edit My Photo” link and you will be able to upload a new picture.
7) How do I upload a video?
On your profile where it says “Post Something” click there. This add the new features “Share” , “Add Link” , and “Add Video”. Click “Add Video” and you will be able to add any video from your computer or from Youtube.
8) How do I make my profile private?
On your profile click the “Account” link. Then click “Settings”, and from there you will be able to control all privacy settings on your profile. You will also be able to change or modify any other account settings in this area.
9) Why can’t I see who the coaches and scouts are?
MVPVault.com has been created and designed so that all coaches and scouts are invisible to all players, parents and fans. This allows them to use MVPVault.com without showing their identity and can follow players and prospects with full privacy.
10) How do I know if a coach or scout is legitimate or not?
Each Coach and Scout goes through a verification process that will involve security checks to prove each member is a legitimate coach or scout. On coaches and scouts profiles, once verified, will have a tag on their page so you will know which coaches and scouts have been verified.
11) I’m a player, how do I contact a coach?
The only way you can talk to coaches or scouts is to be contacted by them initially. Once they reach out to you (player) then you can respond to them. The same process goes for parents as well.
12) Another player is bullying me and making threats what should I do?
On that players profile click the link “Block Member” and this will eliminate them being able to contact you. This will also flag there account and they will receive a warning for their actions towards you. After two warnings they will be prohibited from using MVPVault.com.
